Cannot remove Bullets in Summary Links

I had this issue where the bullets in summary links won’t gone even I change the Style and Layout. This is only happening in one Site Collection. I checked the site which is not working and a working site using developer tools (IE) and found out that a CSS file is missing. The missing CSS file is controls-6E924A6.css

Deleted List Still Showing/Appearing in All Site Content

Because of that, my colleague (not to be named according to him lol) modified Christophe’s original CrossSite Javascript. There are two solutions, one for Sharepoint 2007 and one for Sharepoint 2010. There are two scripts because of the difference in UI of the two versions.

How to Restore the Missing View dropdown in Sharepoint
